RPR Commercial is coming to NECPE
REALTORS PROPERTY RESOURCE (RPR) commercial platform is a powerful tool that will provide commercial agents with the ability to integrate municipal data, demographic data, trade area analysis, and more into your commercial property reports. Our new partnership with RPR will allow your Commercial Property Exchange data to feed into RPR and give you the ability to create more powerful presentations for your clients and prospective clients. NAR Smart Growth Grant Approved
NH CIBOR has received a Smart Growth Grant in the amount of $4,500 from the National Association of REALTORS. The funds will be used to host a Forum for Brokers and Developers to talk about needed improvements in the development process at State and Municipal level. From this Forum, we hope to develop actions and activities that will help New Hampshire and its municipalities be better equipped and educated about how Smart Growth will create sustainable growth. We need policies and procedures that are easy to follow, good for communities, and which are not overly restrictive for sensible development.
NH CIBOR provides funding for DRED travel to CoreNet Tradeshow
NH CIBOR made it possible for the NH Division of Resources and Economic Development (NH DRED) to attend the CoreNet 2015 Global Summit in Los Angeles. Our funding paid for the travel costs for one member of DRED to attend this very important summit. It was very important for this State department to attend the global summit in order to promote and pitch NH as a State with great advantages for locating their businesses. NH DRED stated that the Trade Show was a great success for them, and they were able to put New Hampshire in the minds of many businesses.
