Staying relevant and up-to-date is vital to your success as a commercial REALTOR®. NHCIBOR strives to provide its members with ample opportunity to not only meet their continuing education requirements, but grow their professional skills as well. We ensure that all our educational offerings and networking events provide a commercial focus, serving as opportunities to network, connect and further develop professional skills within the commercial real estate industry.
Courses
The goal of the Education Committee is to provide NHCIBOR members with educational opportunities that specifically address commercial brokerage topics. The Education Committee is constantly looking for ideas and suggestions for seminars that offer continuing education credits that qualify for license renewal.

NHCIBOR Course Offerings:
Commercially Oriented Core Course:
All active and inactive licensees are required to complete three hours of Core continuing education upon renewal of license.
NHCIBOR sponsors the mandatory Core course two times per year at various locations throughout the state. The Core course is the mandatory renewal course for all New Hampshire real estate licensees. The NH core class reviews the state real estate laws, RSA 331-A and REA’s including recent changes, plus other state and federal laws that effect real estate such as Anti-Trust, Consumer Protection and Fair Housing.
Electives
The Education Committee aims to provide at minimum 8 NH accredited courses a year which include NAR’s mandatory Code of Ethics and Fair Housing.
