NH Zoning Atlas: a resource to combat the inventory crisis
With New Hampshire still firmly in the grasp of the housing crisis, the NH Zoning Atlas is a tool that aims to combat barriers to development by providing a comprehensive catalogue of New Hampshire’s housing-related zoning regulations, municipality by municipality.
The work was done by a team at the Center for Ethics in Society at St. Anselm College, and to get a better sense of the project, NHAR President Ben Cushing spent some time with the Center’s executive director, Dr. Max Latona.
