The End of the State of Emergency And How That Impacts Realtors

Governor Chris Sununu will not extend the State of Emergency today, meaning it will expire as of midnight tonight (Friday, June 11), and with it all associated executive orders will end as well. Among those orders are various provisions related to the real estate industry, including provisions for remote notarizations and online public meetings.
