Chris Norwood hosts group with nearly 150 years of experience
Chris Norwood, president of NAI Norwood Group and chairman of the New Hampshire Realtors Public Policy Committee, hosts the first NHAR broker panel discussion focused on the commercial real estate industry amid the pandemic. Joining Chris are Tom Riley, president of Riley Enterprises; Joe Friedman, president of Brooks Properties; and Karl Norwood, founder of NAI Norwood Group.
With nearly 150 years of experience between them, the four developers compared this COVID-affected market with other down markets of the past, the greatest challenges in pandemic times, the value of the PPP loans, and the light at the end of the tunnel, among other topics.
