Laconia, NH – Paugus Bay Marina has announced that the waterfront property and previous home of Fitzgerald Motorsports located at 1258 Union Avenue in Laconia will be opening soon as their second location and showroom.
The beautiful 7,000+- square foot building will contain a first class showroom featuring Formula and Bryant Boats, taking full advantage of the all glass and steel structure and the waterfront access to offer in-water boating demonstrations.
Anthony Avrutine, director of RE/MAX Bayside’s Commercial Division, and Rob Wichland, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Bayside brokered the sale to an investor who is leasing it to Paugus Bay Marina.
