Notice to All REALTORS: Mandatory Code of Ethics Training Requirement Deadline is Dec. 31, 2024
All REALTORS must complete NAR’s Code of Ethics training every three year cycle. The current cycle ends December 31, 2024. The date you take the course must fall between Jan. 1, 2022 and Dec. 31, 2024. Failure to complete training during any cycle will lead to suspension of membership for the January and February immediately following the cycle deadline, with termination of membership starting March 1 after the cycle deadline.
The good news is there are plenty of options to satisfy this REALTOR requirement before the end of this year.
If you take the course through one of the vendors listed below (other than NHAR or NAR online), you must email a copy of your certificate to the CIBOR office – allison@nhcibor.com to receive credit.
