18 April 2014 NHCIBOR New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors Minutes of Seacoast Marketing Session Kim Reagan with RJ Finlay was the breakfast sponsor.  Their One Liberty Lane in Hampton location has a new onsite caterer, The Kitchen.  The Kitchen provided the well received and tasty breakfast.  The Kitchen Catering has received a number of kudos and accolades recently including Caterer of the Year from Bride Magazine.  They serve lunch daily from 11:00 to 2:00 at One Liberty Lane for the businesses on site as well as welcoming the public.  One Liberty Lane is 90% full with creative space being what is left to lease.  There is some beautiful 3000 sf on a lower, windowless level that would be great for hosting some hosting servers.  They also have a 4500 sf
