A message from President Marc Drapeau

Governor’s Order does not give license to ignore our Pledge

While Governor Chris Sununu has recently waived continuing education requirements for all licensees whose licenses will be expiring this year, we at the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS encourage our members to continue to take advantage of the online education opportunities in order to improve themselves, and our profession.

Realtors have a responsibility to continuously strive to become and remain informed on issues affecting real estate and, as knowledgeable professionals, constantly inform ourselves to the ever-changing practices. Our Realtor Pledge states that we will seek better to represent our clients by building my knowledge and competence. As Realtors, we are more than just real estate licensees, and we take our Code of Ethics seriously. In order to demonstrate our respect of the Code, we must continue to abide by its tenets.

Sincerely,
Marc Drapeau
2020 President, NH REALTORS
