Cash Buyers

Dave Garvey with KW Commercial has a cash buyer looking for a solid multifamily complex that is 30-200 units in the Seacoast area.

Scott Kingsley with Primary Bank currently has no cash buyers, but performs all type of commercial lending.  

Jay Lee with Berkshire Hathaway has a developer looking for a site that is anywhere from 2-20 acres that can be used for gas stations, banks, and retail stores.

Bryan Wright with Colliers has a single tenant looking for a retail shop.

Jim Pratt with Bar Harbor Bank & Trust currently has no cash buyers.

Ethan Ash with KW Commercial has 2 cash buyers that are both looking for 10k sf of industrial building space in Dover and Exeter. Both buyers are willing to spend anywhere from 1-2 million dollars.

Bob Marchewka with One Commercial Real Estate has 2 cash buyers looking for 10-20k sf of industrial space in the greater seacoast area and Newington.

Kevin Raymond with Optima Bank currently has no cash buyers, but plenty of money to lend out.

Andy Ward with Colliers International has a cash buyer that is looking for land to use for fuel storage and distribution. The buyer is looking for at least 10 acres of land east of Epping and South of Newington.

Lisa Reehl with Keller Williams Commercial has no cash buyers, but knows people up in Maine looking to do business.

Scott Forte with Century 21 has cash buyers looking in downtown Berwick or York. They are looking to spend up to $400,000 and the space needs parking. He also has people looking for 25k sf that could support a gym in Downtown Portsmouth.

Rose Culver with The Masiello Group has a cash buyer looking to purchase multifamily units anywhere in New Hampshire. They are willing to spend anywhere from 2-5 million dollars.

Nicole Canavan with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a cash buyer looking for 5+ multifamily units in Manchester.

Ship Bright with Coldwell Banker has a cash buyer looking to spend up to 2.5 million dollars for mixed use.

Jamison Bibaud with Masiello Commercial has a cash buyer looking for 5-10k sf of industrial space anywhere between Rochester and Newington.

Caitlyn Burke with The Boulos Co. has a cash buyer looking for 20-30k sf of industrial space in Salem, NH off the I-93 corridor.

John Laffy with LAER Realty Partners has cash buyers looking for kid gyms in the Nashua/Hudson area.

Wendy Rayno with Northway Bank has a cash buyer looking for 6 unit multifamily in the Seacoast area and are willing to spend up to 1 million.

David Choate with Colliers has a manufacturing company that is looking for a 20k sf industrial building or land to use. Also, another cash buyer looking for office space in Dover, NH anywhere from 15-25k sf.

Russ Doyle with Two International Group currently has a listing on 22 International Drive that has mixed use purposes. He also has a listing for a small office space, about 937k sf, and is $12/ triple net.

Bryan Wright with Colliers has some listing up in Manchester, NH. They are part of the North End Shops and the listing range from 1,600-8k sf.

Ethan Ash with KW Commercial has an 11 unit listing in Rollinsford, NH. The listing has 9 apartments, and the other 2 units are for industrial purposes.

Bob Marchewka with One Commercial Real Estate has a listing in North Hampton on Route 1, which is currently an Asian Restaurant valued at $799,000.

Andy Ward with Colliers International has a listing in Salem, which is 16,800 sf. The property is a 4-unit building with built out office space and is valued at $7.50 triple net.

Catie Medeiros with Kane Company has a couple listing for office space. The first is 1,100 sf in downtown Portsmouth valued at $32 per sf. The second is 2,800 sf and is valued at $19.50 triple net.

Travis Burrows with WS Development has leasing options available for Walmart, Petco, and Homegoods.

Lindsay Desmettre with WS Development has listings available in Lafayette Crossings that range from 1,600-18,000 sf. They are very flexible and are looking for medical offices, banks, and pop-ups.

Jamison Bibaud with Masiello Commercial has a listing on 1 Walton Road in Seabrook, NH. The Property is a freestanding office valued at $450,000. It has 14 rooms, 12 offices, a full kitchen, and bathrooms.
