The Statewide NHCIBOR Marketing Meeting occurs on the 4th Wednesday of the
month from 9:00 to 10:15 at 166 South River Road in Bedford. The next meeting
will be held Jan 22, 2020.

Jason Clark of Century 21 Atlantic has a new price on his listing at 145 Portsmouth Ave. in Stratham – the new price is $1.5M.
John Kelly has a new listing in Portsmouth, 124 Bartlett St, 2 1/2 acres mixed use; also a convenience store for $ 1.65M in a location not disclosed.
Andy Ward of Colliers International has another new listing at 136 Lafayette Rd, in North Hampton (4,400 sf of industrial space with a loading dock and a drive-in door). Due to the large group of attendees, a third go around was not possible. Nobody
