CP Management Appoints Denise Bernard Property Manager of Vaughn Street Condominiums

CPManagement, Inc. today announced the appointment of Denise Bernard as the property manager for Vaughan Street Condominium project located at 233 Vaughan Street in Portsmouth, NH.

A resident of Brentwood, New Hampshire and New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NHCIBOR) member since 2010, Ms. Bernard is also licensed as an agent with KW Commercial and manages a private investment portfolio of over 100,000 square feet of commercial/residential real estate throughout New Hampshire.
