NAR’s Mandatory Realtor Requirement: Bias Override class Sept. 3
NAR certficate course approved for 3 New Hampshire CE credits
NHAR’s year of monthly Zoom CE classes continues with the three-credit course, “Bias Override,” scheduled from 9 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Sept. 3, with NAR instructor Robert Morris.
The deadline for this course registration is Wednesday, Sept. 2, at noon. There will not be a wait list, and we will not accept registrations after they have closed.
This is an NAR certificate course that helps real estate professionals interrupt stereotypical thinking so they can avoid Fair Housing pitfalls and provide equal professional service to every customer or client. Participants will learn about the mind science of identity, study how implicit bias can result in Fair Housing violations, and engage in interactive exercises to enhance communication skills and business relationships with clients of all backgrounds.
