In this installment, NHAR Vice President of Communications speaks with Special Agent Vivian Barrios of the FBI Boston Bureau regarding the land fraud epidemic in New Hampshire, where over $4 million in losses were reported between 2019 and 2023. Special Agent Barrios discusses the scope of the problem, proactive prevention measures, and what to do if you believe you’re being targeted by a fraudster.
