Thank you for your interest in NHCIBOR. We are delighted that you have expressed an interest in applying for Membership in the NH Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (NHCIBOR), either as a REALTOR® member or Affiliate member. We think that you will find the Board to be an excellent organization and one that will increase your networking opportunities among commercial real estate practitioners. The fees for membership vary depending on the following: - Whether you are a licensed real estate agent. If you are not licensed, you may be eligible for membership as an Affiliate Member.
- Your designation within your firm - Designated REALTOR® (DR) or REALTOR® (R)
- If you are currently a member of the National, State and/or other Local Board of REALTORS®.
The following represents the general cost for membership, which is adjusted based on your current status as a REALTOR® or Affiliate applicant; designation within your firm; affiliations with other Boards. The fees are pro-rated monthly on the first day of each month for REALTOR® applicants and quarterly for Affiliate applicants. Please note that all active practicing licensed agents may only apply for “REALTOR®” membership and must join the National and State Boards.

Annual Dues for "Affiliate" Application
(January 1st to December 31st)
Affiliates have the option of joining NHAR at a reduced rate of $80.00 per year.
Should you have an interest in joining our organization, please fill out and submit the application in full. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Upon acceptance and payment in full, you will also be eligible for membership to Commercial Property Exchange (CPE), our on-line commercial property exchange.
