We are delighted that you have expressed an interest in applying for membership in the NH Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (NHCIBOR.) You will find the Board to be an excellent organization and one that will increase your networking opportunities among commercial real estate practitioners.
Types of Membership Available in NHCIBOR
- Join as a REALTOR® Member if you are a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. If you are new to the REALTOR® organization, you will need to join NHCIBOR as a primary board member meaning that you will need to pay membership fees to NAR (National Association of REALTORS®) and NHAR (New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®) through NHCIBOR.
- Join as an Affiliate member if you are in a real estate related industry such as finance, legal, engineering, environmental, appraisal, construction, property management, architecture and many more.
The following represents the general cost for membership, which is adjusted based on your current status as a REALTOR® or Affiliate applicant.. The fees are pro-rated monthly on the first day of each month for all applicants.

Affiliates have the option of joining NHAR at a reduced rate of $105.00 per year.
Should you have an interest in joining our organization, please fill out and submit the application in full. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and an invoice will be sent to you for payment. Upon acceptance and payment in full, you will also be eligible for membership to Commercial Property Exchange (CPE), our on-line commercial property exchange.
