NHCIBOR is an organization that thrives on participation. The wealth of knowledge and experience of our members is key to the success of our board, committees and sponsored events. Attending a Marketing Meeting is a great way to connect with other members, and to get more involved with the organization as a whole.

Board Meetings

Board meetings are held monthly and are focused on the organization’s progress and efficacy within the commercial real estate industry at large. Minutes are recorded at each meeting and are available in the Member Toolbox for all members in good standing.

When a board position opens, the president will form a task force that will determine potential candidates who are qualified to meet the position’s needs. Any member interested in becoming a member of the board, or interested in upcoming openings, may inquire by contacting Allison Ropes at allison@nhcibor.com.

Marketing Meetings:

If you’ve never been to a Marketing Session we encourage you to attend one soon. The experience is tremendous! An immense amount of transactions have initiated from these meetings over the past ten years. What are you waiting for?

NHCIBOR hosts two marketing sessions each month. You do not have to be a member to attend a marketing meeting and attendance is free of charge. All meeting information and dates will be available in our Events Calendar.

The Seacoast Marketing Session is held on the third Friday of the month from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. at the Pease Tradeport Authority, in the third-floor conference room. The moderator is David Choate, Colliers International, david(dot)choate(at)colliers(dot)com.

Pease Tradeport Authority
3rd Floor Conference Room
1 New Hampshire Drive, Portsmouth, NH

The Statewide Marketing Session is held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at Matheson Education office, 166 South River Rd., 2nd floor from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. The moderator is Louise Norwood of NAI Norwood Group, louise(at)nainorwoodgroup(dot)com.

These sessions are a convenient way for members and non-members to network and learn what is currently available in the market. Each real estate broker/agent member is encouraged to talk about any cash buyers, listings, as well as “haves and wants” topics. Affiliates will also have the opportunity to talk about their latest products and services.

Note: We ask each member limit comments to about 20-30-seconds so that each attendee has ample opportunity to speak about their products and services.

Complete details on these sessions can be found in both the latest NHCIBOR Newsletter and the Events Calendar. For questions and comments, please contact Louise Norwood, NHCIBOR  Marketing Chairperson.
