Veterans Clinic Enters Into a Lease for Larger Space in Littleton, NH

The Department of Veterans Affairs has entered into a lease for an expanded clinic location consisting of almost 10,000 square feet at Mt. Eustis Commons on Cottage Street in Littleton.

The owner of Mt. Eustis Commons, AHEAD, is a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing, financial education and other similar initiatives. Mike Claflin, Executive Director of AHEAD said, “We are pleased that the VA has chosen this location to expand their clinic. We are looking forward to working with them.  Construction of the new clinic space as well as reconfiguring the upper parking lot to meet the needs of the VA patients and our Beattie House residents will begin almost immediately.”

Mt. Eustis Commons is located at 260-262 Cottage Street and is owned by AHEAD, Inc., a non-profit organization that works to provide quality affordable rental housing, financial education, and homeownership opportunities in northern New Hampshire.

Mt. Eustis Commons consists of office space for a number of area business’ and non-profit organizations. It is adjacent to the Beattie House, an affordable housing complex for seniors also owned by AHEAD.
