Steve Mangekian and Petie Cummins with Alpha Building Inspections were this months breakfast sponsor. They are currently a 7-inspector company that provides residential inspections all over the state of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Joe Friedman with Brooks Properties has a cash buyer looking for land/site on the I-93 corridor to be used as an industrial flex. The buyer is looking for anywhere between 50-200k sf.
Jess Hepler with William & Reeves has a cash buyer looking for a bank pad site with a drive-thru in Nashua, Salem, and Concord.
Fred Richards with Better Homes and Gardens has a couple different cash buyers looking for self-storage facilities, 20+ multifamily unit complexes, and strip mall centers in Bedford, NH. Also, he has a cash buyer looking for 25k sf of office space and is willing to spend up to half a million dollars.
Jay Lee with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a cash buyer looking for 1-acre of land to be used for a redevelopment site.
Chris Pascucci with Masiello Commercial has a Church Group looking to purchase a 5-10k sf building around Concord. The budget isn’t the main issue with them, but they want the right location and no longer want to lease space but rather purchase a building.
Joe Friedman with Brooks Properties has a listing for a 50,000 sf flex space/free-standing building in Hudson, NH. It is conveniently located near Exit #2 off of Route 3. This is a multi-purpose building that has been used as office, manufacturing, and medical space. He mentioned a price reduction, which is now 3.7 million. Joe also has a few more listings available in Salem, so if you are looking for space in that area he is your guy to speak with!
Louise Norwood with NAI Norwood Group has a few listings available. The first is 4,800 sf of office space on Cedarwood Drive in Bedford. This space has ample parking, performance zoning, and a prime location. The lease rate is $17.50 PSF Modified Gross. The second listing is for 2,800 sf of office space on South River Road in Bedford. This space is perfect for office and medical use, has ample parking, and easy access to major highways. The lease rate is $13.50 PSF, NNN. Her final listing is 2,500 sf of retail space on Wallace Road in Bedford. This space is 3.7 miles to RTE 114, has ample parking, and can be used for various different businesses. This property has plenty of parking, located close to major highways, and has great visibility.

This space has 20,000 vehicles per day, located 2 miles away from SNHU, and close to I-93.

The second listing is for a 6,554 sf commercial building in Swanzey, NH. This is a 3 story commercial building that is available for the first time in decades. It has a high traffic count and located just south of Keene, and is valued at $350,000.

Also she mentioned that they are starting a new project down in Manhattan, NY, which speaks volumes about their company. They might be a small business but they can still give you the best services and deals around. It was still cheaper for a company down in NY to use NewVo Interiors with transportation and housing costs included in the budget, rather than use someone closer to NY.
