Tracy Lurvey with Alpha Building Inspections is looking to speak with lenders about bank draw inspections. Alpha Building Inspections is a 6-inspector company that performs residential inspections all over the state of NH and Southern ME. Also, they perform Commercial Inspections all throughout New England.

Heather Rowan with Kimball Furniture wanted to bring to our attention a new trend they are seeing in the industry. A lot of companies are trying to create a more residential feeling in commercial spaces, due to the impact of millennial in the workspace.  Kimball furniture can help you create a “soft commercial” space, or as they like to call it “sophisticozy”.

Tom Champagne with St. Mary’s Bank: Tom has broad experience in the financial industry including business lending and retail banking. Tom currently serves on the advisory board of Manchester Community College, board of directors Black Ice Hockey Tournament, White Park Skate House Fundraising committee and is a member of Bedford Rotary. Tom has a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University and undergraduate BS Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Tom is a resident of Concord.

Jeff joined Boyd & Boufford, formerly Beard & Boyd, Insurance Agency, LLC after working for Watson Insurance Agency in Manchester, NH for nearly 10 years. Jeff’s background is commercial risks of all sizes and types. During his employment at Watson, Jeff’s concentration was general contractors, trade contractors, restaurants, transportation, and trucking. Jeff’s primary responsibility and focus at Boyd & Boufford is growth and development, client service, evaluating risk and assisting clients at the time of loss. Jeff is involved in the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce and the New Hampshire and Maine Self Storage Associations. Jeff also volunteers at Neighborworks Greater Manchester in Manchester, NH  They are also hiring.
