John Turner – Turner Engineering –  Thank you to John and his team for sponsoring the breakfast. John wanted to tell us more about a product called: “Engineering Building Survey”. It is a hybrid of a property inspection report and a full building engineering report. Call John for more details.

Kim Regan – RJ Finley – 50,000 sf buildings and larger looking to acquire. 160 South River Road, Bedford NH, brand new common areas to the space 7000-17000 sf. 166 South River Road entire space is upgraded, rest rooms and common areas. Indian Head Plaza is now 80% Occupied.

Tad Dziemian – Neighborhood Energy – Energy Costs, speak with him about energy supply. He can help get your rates lower through competition. In a discussion he mentioned that NH has the 2nd highest energy cost in the nation.

Vincent Chestnut – Alpha Locksmith – Fully bonded. Commercial and residential locksmith. Great for full service, single key or multi-tenant situations.

Robert Cruess – TF Moran – Two clients actively searching for Gas Station sites. TF Moran is currently working on the Wayfarer site in Bedford, NH. Also they are working on the budgeting of the woman’s prison.

Don Marshall – Marshall Associates – Garden Center in greater Manchester on 25 acres of land. $160,000 per year in cash flow. Call Don for more details.

Lydia Foley – ReMax Properties in Nashua – Cash buyer 30,000 sf of industrial on Route 3. Church, place of worship in Nashua. Properties available include: 112 W Pearl Street in Nashua, $2300 per month former Pizza Shop. Former Café India on Elm Street.

Andrew  Ramshell – TD Bank – One of Andrew’s clients has a need from Bow to Alton needing space with three phase. Overall his focus on SBA and small business lending in general. Does not have to be confined to SBA 504 programs.

Tim Sheedy – Phenix Title Services – Tim would love to work with your “cash buyer” or any deals you may have.

Dwight Feeney – Enterprise Bank – Rockingham and Hillsborough. Specialize in SBA 504, typically 10% down.

Laura Fraser – Enterprise Bank – Southern NH. Has a specialty in construction. Their bank also has cash management and investment services. Also has a carved out nitch for nonprofit sector for bond financing.

Kirsten Gordon  – Realtor Commercial Alliance – RCA of MA is a group similar to CIBOR, she wanted to invite all members down to their next event in Yarmouth from 10 am – 3. CE Class and Pitch session.

Tenley Callaghan – Cleveland Waters and Bass – Full service law firm as well as title company. Landlord and Tenant work, would love to work on any closing transactions for you and your clients.

Joanne Connelly – Granite Bank – Located in Concord area but they have offices in Colebrook, Amherst and Portsmouth. They work well with small businesses.

Brenda Litchfield – Concord Commercial – Has an office or industrial buyer seeking 50% or greater leased, Merrimack County to Manchester South. Additionally has for sale a 14,000 sf industrial property in Pembroke.

Jeff Lauigu – Giant Landscape – Call Jeff for all of your grounds keeping needs. Additionally he is looking for land 3-5 acres. Within a 10 minute ride for Manchester.

Bill Spinelli with Bean Group – Bill has large apartment building buyers. Also is bringing on two properties, that could potentially be part of a portfolio. Call him for more details.

David Cassidy – Eastern Bank – Six offices Dover, Portsmouth and four in the central part of the state. Legal lending limit of $50M. Focus continues to be small business as it was at Centrix.

Ben Asselin – Eastern Bank – Commercial, Investment and Construction. Looking forward to engaging with the new brand.

Rick Rostoff– Linear Retail Properties – Looking to acquire sites $2M and up. Desiring to get into Bedford, Manchester and Concord.

Mari Bodi – CPManagement – looking to expand their footprint to Nashua and Andover. All property types.

Jay Lee – Berkshire Hathaway Verani – 15-30k sf industrial buyer in the Greater Manchester area. Also has for sale a retail vacant lot, 1285 Hooksett Road, two entrances, $850,000.

Adam Johnston – St Mary’s Bank –  Adam has a client with 60 Acres in Lyman Maine. He is also the chair of the CIBOR Cares Committee. When not doing all of that, Adam would love to work with your clients to help them with their financing.

Suzanne Brunnelle – Devine, Millimet and Branch –  Her practice focuses on real estate, large and small, $100,000 up to a Billion.

Paula Scales – Brookstone Builder – Has seen an increase in activity, her work varies in size from TI to ground up.
