Tad Dzemian of Neighborhood Energy was the breakfast sponsor. Neighborhood Energy offers energy solutions for industrial and commercial customers. They focus on reduced spending and budget stability. They operate in all deregulated energy markets across New England and New York. Tad is looking to speak with new prospects.

Andy Ward of Colliers International is working for three years with an individual who would like to purchase a retail property within 20-30 minutes driving range around Portsmouth, NH. Up to $2 million.

 Bryan DuBois of DuBois Associates has a buyer for 8,000 sf of office space along the Exeter-Londonderry Route 101 corridor..

 Jim Ward of the Equity Group has a buyer for highly visible stores and sites in NH.

Caitlin Burke of The Boulos Company has a buyer with a focus on the restaurant business who is looking for a mall with either an empty restaurant space or one in which the restaurant lease is expiring soon. Up to $2 million investment.

Nicole Canavan of BHHS Verani has a buyer for a 20 unit multifamily in the Manchester area and a separate buyer for 9-30 units in the Seabrook to Rochester area.

 Ethan Ash of KW Commercial has a buyer in need of a 1031 exchange property. The buyer is looking for a single tenant use up to $800,000 within 1 hour driving range of Portsmouth, NH.

Joe Friedman of Brooks Properties has a buyer for 30,000 sf of office and industrial zoned land within the I-93 corridor.

Abigail Morneault of Colliers International has a buyer looking for office space with parking in the Portsmouth, NH area.

Tom Duffy of Verani Realty has a 1031 exchange buyer who is looking for a $550,000 to $1.5 million project in the Ogunquit area.

Peter Gluckler of Masiello Group has a buyer for a 20,000 – 30,000 sf warehouse with garage in the Dover-Portsmouth area.

 David Choate of Colliers International has a first-time investor who is looking for an easy to manage office/industrial building or condo in the price range of up to $500,000.

 

Announcements

 The statewide NHCIBOR marketing meeting occurs on the 4th Wednesday of the month from 9:00 to 10:15 at 166 South River Road in Bedford. The next meeting will be held October 23, 2019.

September 19, 2019           The Free Masons will hold Statewide open houses between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Many lodges are amazing. Go check them out if you can make the time.

September 28, 2019           9:00 am-12:00 pm between the 1 New Hampshire and 2 International buildings, Pease Tradeport, there will be a “Touch a Truck” family event to benefit the Richie McFarland Children’s Center.

November 7, 2019  The Business Summit by the Newmarket Business Association has been cancelled and will be held at a date to be determined in the spring of 2020.

November 15, 2019            The Seacoast CIBOR meeting will be sponsored by Marie Bodi of CP Management. Marie is collecting donations for the Portsmouth Food Bank “GATHER”. Cash or check is preferred because many of the goods GATHER offers have a shelf life plus the foodbank can purchase in bulk which stretches every dollar donated to generate maximum impact.

Andy Ward of Colliers International gave a shout out to Seacoast Cars and Coffee Café in the Fox Run Mall and the Town of Newington for hosting a successful networking event last night.

  • 1 listing in North Hampton, industrial with high bay, 4334 sf for lease at $6.50 NNN.
  • Unit 2 in the same building leased out last week, 5,000 sf.

Russ Doyle of Two International Group has a 3,000 sf space with overhead door, 22 ft high ceilings, 2 private offices, remainder flex space for $12 NNN. NNN are $5/sf.

Bryan DuBois of DuBois Associates has 2.5 units at Bayside Commons in Greenland on Route 33.

Caitlin Burke of The Boulos Company has 1,900 sf of medical space left at the former Court House in Exeter for $13/sf NNN.

Nicole Canavan of BHHS Verani Realty has 2,700 sf of street-front space with drive in doors on the Londonderry Turnpike.

Courtney Patrick of Market Square Architects is currently working on a 186 unit mill redevelopment in Nashua. The current owner would like to sell after project is finished.

Nicole Canavan of BHHS Verani Realty has the Salvation Army looking for a short term lease around Christmas time to store their toy drive.

  • One is in the water moratorium area but is on private well and septic; 2.1 acres for $380,000.

David Choate of Colliers International inquired about the former Seacoast Sports Club in Greenleaf Woods in Portsmouth. Who is buying the facility and what are the plans for it?

Marie Bodi with CP Management has several residential units at Nashua Ledgewood Hill becoming available:

  • Two 1-BR units for $1,225/month
  • Two 2-BR units for $1,400 to $1,500/month coming in the next couple of months.
