Seacoast Marketing Meeting Minutes October 2017

20 October 2017

NHCIBOR, New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors
Minutes of Seacoast Marketing Session which occurs every third Wednesday of every month.
Third Floor Conference Room
One New Hampshire Avenue
Pease International Tradeport.
Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Thank you to Two International Group for providing this meeting space!

Tom House with THA Architects was the breakfast sponsor. THA Architects has been in business for over 10 years. They do commercial and residential architecture, design, planning and consulting. They have worked on projects for condominiums, multi-families, senior housing and mixed-use. Last year they completed 32 projects with many repeat clients. The difference with their firm is their “open book” policy. They’re collaborative with their clients and know how to exceed expectations. They keep an updated costs list where they can streamline drawings and construction costs with very little errors. They recently won an award for a $22 million project they completed with only a $6,000 cost error, which is nothing compared to the scope of the project. This is the type of work and service they provide their clients. Make sure you reach out to Tom from THA Architecture for help with your next project!
