Minutes of Seacoast Marketing Session

Marie Bodi of CPManagement, a property management company, was the breakfast sponsor. CP Management provides a comprehensive service in various disciplines including property management, construction management, development, maintenance, and in-house asset management.

Marie is also on the Board of “Gather”, a foodbank headquartered in Portsmouth, NH and CPManagement is the lead sponsor for this 12th year food drive named “Peas and Carrots Food Drive”. “GATHER” services 35 towns, 2.600 families on a monthly basis and distributes 60,000 tons of food annually, and feeds 700 school children during vacation week. GATHER expanded into the Rochester market after “End 68 Hours of Hunger” pulled out. Rochester has 1,500 children on free or reduced lunch in the school system. Overall, milk and eggs account for $50,000 in funding need each year. Today’s fundraising goal is $5,000. CPManagement is donating $1,000, CIBOR Cares will match donations up to $1,000 (goal achieved) from today’smeeting collection, and Marie hopes to raise $3,000. This would be 10% of the milk and egg budget. Bob Marchewka of One Commercial Real Estate has a company looking for 15,000 sf of industrial space, 24 foot high bay. Unit should include 5,000 sf in office space, a bay and drive in capabilities. 10 mile radius around Hampton and Exeter.

Ethan Ash of KW Commercial is looking for a minimum of a 15 unit residential rental property, value added, in Southern NH.

Eve Hoefle of Two International Group is looking for an expert in real estate technology and search optimization software.

Nicole Canavan of BHHS Verani Realty has a buyer for a 20 unit multifamily in the Manchester area and a separate buyer for 9-30 units in the Nashua area.

Joe Friedman of Brooks Properties has an investor looking for flex/industrial space in the I-93 corridor.

Jay Lee of BHHS Verani Realty is looking for development sites in Southern NH of a minimum 1.5 acres and around $10 million.

Andy Ward of Colliers International has a retail investor looking for an asset, can be value added, anywhere around Portsmouth.

The Statewide NHCIBOR Marketing Meeting occurs on the 4th Wednesday of the month from 9:00 to 10:15 at 166 South River Road in Bedford. The next meeting will be held November 27, 2019.  There is no meeting in December.

Due to the large group of attendees, a third go around was not possible. Nobody had any additional listings or haves and wants to add.

Stephani Croteau is a dedicated part of a great civil engineering and land surveyor company with offices in Woburn, MA, Lakeville, MA and Manchester, NH.

Courtney Patrick works at Market Square Architects. The firm was established in 2016 with a focus on providing great value to every client they serve. They have grown from a 2-employee company to 14 employees over the years. She is looking for interior projects.
