Wendy Rayno with Northway Bank has a cash buyer looking for self-storage units in southern ME + NH.

Bob Marchewka with One Commercial Real Estate has a listing.  It’s a 30k sf warehouse in Lee, NH, about 1 mile away from the Lee Traffic Circle. The space is clean with A/C and $8/SF modified gross.

Dave Garvey with KW Commercial has a cash buyer looking for multi-family preferably on the beach. They have up to $4 million to spend and looking to do a 1031 exchange.

Russ Doyle with Two International Group has 9100+- sf, first floor space. It has parking and a private entrance. $16/sf  +- triple nets. The space is located at 15 Rye St., Portsmouth.

Catlin Burke with The Boulos Company has buyers looking for 8000 to 10000 sf office space, owner occupied and looking to spend up to $2 million. They’d like something on the Lafayette Road corridor.

Jay Lee with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a cash buyer looking for sites that can be used for redevelopment, office space, retail, and gas stations. The buyer is willing to spend anywhere up to 20 million.

Ethan Ash with KW Commercial has a cash buyer looking for a day care facility with 5000 +- sf with parking. Price is not an issue.

Romeo Danais wanted to mention that last week he had a cash buyer sign a lease for 109,000 sf. However, he is still a cash buyer that is looking for industrial property in the southeast quadrant of the state.  He is looking for “flag lots” not to far away from major highways.

Nick Gray with The Boulos Company has someone looking for multi-family with 16-25 units and 4-8 units located in the Portsmouth and Somersworth area.

Jennifer Gray with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a cash buyer looking for multi-family properties ranging from 5-25 units, located in Southern NH and with a budget between $1.5 to $2 million.

David Choate with Colliers International has a cash buyer looking for a small medical office in the Rochester-Seabrook corridor and preferably 1000 + sf.

Listings

 

Bob Marchewka with One Commercial Real Estate has a couple of listings.  The first is a gym with 8000 + – sf  located in Portsmouth and a Dance Studio in Dover with 5000 + sf. Lastly, the old Provident Bank location in Portsmouth is available with 1800 SF for $40 per sf and is available after November 19th.

Dave Garvey with KW Commercial has a couple of listings. One is a building on Rte. 125, consisting of 7400 +- sf , 3 acres, 2 lots, water and sewer, and is offered at $1.25 million.  The second is a listing at 38 Hansen Street, Rochester that can be purchased for redevelopment. Lastly, is a 4000-sf lease available in the Lincare building on Crosby Rd. Dover. It is offered at $11 per sf. on 1.5 acres.

Catlin Burke with The Boulos Company has a 1500 sf small office/retail space available for lease in Kittery, Maine. It was just renovated and is available for $12 psf. Also, she has space in Portsmouth with 1300 sf for office or medical available for a long-term lease.

Jay Lee with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a listing for a 1500 sf lease and 45 acres to sell  in Londonderry.  Also, 17000 sf on 3 acres located on 546 Emerald Street for sale.

Jen Marsh with Rochester Economic Development has a Roof Top Restaurant on South Main St. in Rochester available. Also, Rochester is looking for developers for the 10-12 N. Main Street redevelopment project. If you’re looking for industrial space, Rochester has it.

Mike Scala, Director of Economic Development for Rochester, has an RFP coming soon for a 47-acre park, possibly 6-7 lots available for development.

Ethan Ash with KW Commercial has a few listings:  one is a 1100 sf lower floor, office space for $1100 and two other small office spaces, 200 & 400 sf at $10 sf, they’re considered high end located in Durham, NH. Also, a small commercial property located near the Lee traffic circle. It has a small garage space, 16 ft bay, 2000 sf with two residential units, listed for $419K.

Romeo Danais is a cash buyer looking for industrial space in Nashua and the surrounding communities.

Nick Gray with The Boulos Company has a listing of 32 units of affordable housing for $1.2 million in assumable debt, located at Salmon Falls Estates in Rochester.

Jennifer Gray with Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty has a listing for an auto body shop, 3900 +/- sf located in Fremont, NH, listed for $399K.

David Choate with Colliers International has a few listings, one is 26 acres of land, zoned industrial located on Tebbetts Rd., Rochester, listed for $125K. It used to be a gravel pit and it’s right off Rt. 125. It was donated to the Southeast Land Trust (SELT) so they will consider any reasonable offer.

Michael Farinola with NH Commercial Appraisals (NHCA) attended his first Bedford CIBOR meeting, after attending the Seacoast meeting for years. NHCA is a real estate appraisal company dedicated to providing accurate and affordable commercial real estate appraisals in a professional and timely manner. They are a veteran owned and operated company that strictly does commercial appraisals.

Tristen Shanley with Provident Bank is looking forward to moving into the new space in Portsmouth.

Steve Mangekian with Alpha Building Inspections is looking to speak with lenders about bank draw inspections. Alpha Building Inspections is a 5-inspector company that performs residential inspections all over the state of NH and Southern ME. Also, they perform Commercial Inspections all throughout New England.

Bill Jean with Fulcrum Associates is currently leading the industry as a well-known Construction Management firm. They have substantial experience constructing high-performance buildings and have grown their reputation for delivering highly complex projects under difficult circumstances and aggressive timelines.

Erin Pike with St. Germain Collins is a scientist, Environmental Project Manager and Lender Services Manager on the St. Germain Collins team. She works with a lot of petroleum-based companies so she can help assist any realtors who work with clients buying gas stations. Also, she works with a lot of lenders.

Ned Raynolds with Revision Energy helps people and businesses transition away from fossil fuels and switch to clean, renewable, solar power.

Ann Weidman and Sandra Hodge with JSA Inc. is an architectural design firm committed to a deep understanding of client needs and the buildings they construct.

Jeff Boufford with Boyd & Boufford Insurance provides insurance to Southern NH. They specialize in commercial real estate.

Vincent Chestnut with Alpha Locksmith brings professional security to your home or business. He showed off his new door locks, which don’t require any keys. This can help all of us avoid “I’m halfway up to my lake house for the weekend and forgot my keys!!”.

Kevin Raymond with Cambridge Trust (formerly Optima Bank & Trust – the conversion occurred on July 20) has been in business since 1890. Throughout their history, Cambridge Trust has created real connections with their clients, their families, innovative businesses and the community.  They have 2.1 billion in total assets as of 3/31/2019.

Jim Gove with Gove Environmental Services, Inc. has been a wetland and soil scientist for over 31 years, heading GES since 1989. He provided details on new legislation about wetlands. 

Jon Ferrera with Chapman Construction provides construction management services for projects large and small. In business for more than 30 years, they maintain long and successful relationships with their clients and partners. They pride themselves on their skilled and personable staff; safe, clean construction practices; and an approach that focuses on teamwork, innovation, and sustainability.

Ute Luxum with Profile Bank  has money for the lending.  interest rates are low,  and she can assist you with your commercial lending needs.

Daniel Jalbert with Comcast Business is a senior business account executive. He wanted to mention he could help provide Internet and cable analytics to realtors looking at properties and also has a paid referral program.

Dan Belone with Creative Office Pavilion offers  services that run the gamut from project management and warehousing to asset management and even package delivery, there is nothing he can’t do for his clients.

Jason Settineri with Build It Construction delivers expertly planned interior renovations for both privately and publicly held companies. Get them involved early!!

Ben Brown with Landry/French Construction strives to provide an environment where their employees flourish. They pride themselves on Passion, Integrity, Accountability, and Safety. Ben mentioned that they have an extremely low injury rate (0.65%) because their main goal is to get everyone home safely at the end of the day and back to their families.

Ryan Theil with A1 Exterminators wanted to mention that their canine team is growing. Also, they have a residential care facility.

Scott Kingsley with Primary Bank wanted to mention they are opening a third office in Derry, NH. Also, if you need any information on the annual Summer Mixer, ask Scott!

Heather Rowan with Kimball Furniture wanted to bring to our attention a new trend they are seeing in the industry. A lot of companies are trying to create a more residential feeling in commercial spaces, due to the impact of millennials in the workspace.  Kimball furniture can help you create a “soft commercial” space, or as they like to call it “sophisticozy”

Barbara Lizotte with Tobey & Merrill Insurance has been family owned for 99 years. They specialize in Auto, Home, Life & Business Insurance.

Anne Weidman with JSA Architects wanted to mention that their company specializes in accessibility and universal design.  We should also mention that JSA Design sponsors Access Navigators, which is a non-profit organization that focuses on making buildings around New England ADA accessible for all. They visit local businesses with the goal of determining: Is the entrance accessible? Is there an accessible restroom? Is there parking nearby? This is a great organization and she suggests checking out their website!

Eric Kizak with SFC Engineering is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in structural design and assembling construction documents for the construction, repair, and renovation of a wide variety of building types. This is SFC Engineering’s 25th anniversary!

Marie Bodi with CP Management thanked Dan Jalbert for a referral. Also, she talked about Gather and that it is expanding to Rochester and opening a food pantry on Tuesdays at the local schools.

Courtney Patrick with Market Square Architects (and a Board member of Gather) was established in 2016 with a focus on providing great value to every client they serve. They have grown from a 2-employee company to 14 employees over the years and are licensed in 26 states. She wanted to remind everyone to invite them into the process early.
