Alpha Building Inspections was the breakfast sponsor. Tracy and Steve with Alpha Building Inspections are looking to speak with lenders about bank draw inspections. Alpha Building Inspections is a 5-inspector company that performs residential inspections all over the state of NH and Southern ME. Also, they perform commercial inspections all throughout New England.

Dave Garvey, KW Commercial Has buyer looking for up to 5 acres, Price between 1.5 mil-1.9 mil.

David Choate and Abby Morneault are working with Haven to combine the HQ and the shelter on 3 acres with a building that is between 20k to 25k sq ft and that has to be on the bus route for Newington or Portsmouth.

The Statewide NHCIBOR Marketing Meeting occurs on the 4th Wednesday of the month from 9:00 to 10:15 at 166 South River Road in Bedford. The next meeting will be held February 26, 2020.

James Giampa, Carey & Giampa, LLC, has a multi family for sale for $4,750,000.  Also for sale is 95/105 Court St, Portsmouth, a 9 unit commercial/residential project with parking; terms are cash to seller and the sale price is $2,895,000.
