ReloLogic Successfully Closes Multiple Long Term Leases for Optima Bank & Trust

ReloLogic announces the successful negotiation and closing of multiple long-term leases for its client Optima Bank & Trust. ReloLogic negotiates exclusively for commercial tenants in their purchase and lease of property in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.

Most recently Katherine Williams Kane, CCIM, SIOR of ReloLogic negotiated the long-term land lease by Optima Bank & Trust at 920 Central Avenue in Dover, NH, the site of the current Fiddlehead Farms Marketplace at Week’s Circle. This high profile location will offer Optima Bank & Trust clients a full service branch that will be completed later this year. The bank’s current Dover loan office, at 130 Central Avenue, will continue to serve customers until the new branch opens.

This announcement follows the opening of Optima Bank & Trust’s most recent 3,425 sf branch at 143 Daniel Street, Portsmouth, NH, facing Portsmouth’s Memorial Park and the Memorial Bridge (to Maine). Ms. Kane of ReloLogic represented the Tenant and John Samonas of Samonas Realty represented the Landlord, Steve Wilson, of 143 Daniel St., LLC in this transaction. The Daniel Street location offers the bank a signature and synergistic retail location across the street from their own headquarters at Two Harbour Place as well as offering the Portsmouth community a landmark and highly convenient option for their downtown banking needs. Parking for this location is available in the public lot immediately in front of the bank as well as in the Optima Bank parking lot across the street.

Additionally, Katherine Williams Kane of ReloLogic has negotiated the lease of property for the fast expanding Optima Bank & Trust at the Pease Tradeport in Portsmouth, NH, at the Bedford Mall in Bedford NH and at Shaw’s Plaza on Route 108 in Stratham NH.

Optima Bank & Trust provides service to commercial and personal customers for deposit products and commercial and residential lending. These acquisitions bring opportunity to bank with Optima Bank and Trust at 7 locations total including North Hampton, NH and its original location at Two Harbour Place in Portsmouth, NH.
