Description
This membership is designed for licensed real estate salespersons or brokers.
If you are new to the REALTOR® organization you will need to join NHCIBOR as a primary board member. This means you will pay membership fees to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® (NHAR) through your NHCIBOR membership.
The fee structure for a 2026 REALTOR® is as follows:
Annual Dues (January 1 through December 31)
