President’s Message
2022 Will be a Great Year
NH CIBOR and NECPE are two of the best commercial real estate groups in the Country. Consistently, year after year, we are praised by other Realtor ® Boards and Commercial Realtors ® throughout the country for how well our group operates, and how connected our community is and the camaraderie we have within the Commercial Industry here.
I am honored to be elected President of both of these amazing organizations. Fortunately for me, I have had years of great leadership to learn from. I look forward to helping keep these organizations at the center stage of the Commercial Real Estate industry here in New England. Thank you Joe Friedman for navigating us through 2021.
NH CIBOR and NECPE are volunteer organizations run solely by volunteers with the help of our single, but vital, employee Allison. She does more for this organization than most people know. Without her help we would not function as seamlessly as we do. Thank you, Allison, for all your help!
If you are looking for ways to get more involved, and help shape the future of the commercial industry, there are some great committees working on important projects. Please feel free to reach out to me; I am happy to get you plugged into a committee. It’s only with the help and support of people like you are we able to operate at such a high level, and provide as much benefit as we do to the Commercial Real Estate Industry here in NH and throughout New England.

Philanthropy Flourished in 2021
2021 was an amazing year for philanthropy within our industry. For those unaware, CIBOR owns a non-profit organization called CIBOR Cares; a 501(c)(3) organization. Thank you to Scott Kingsley and his committee for throwing a fantastic Summer Mixer that helped significantly with the $24,000 we were able to raise this year. We were able to donate an unbelievable amount of toys to kids this Christmas, help support a number of families in need throughout southern NH, and were able to support other amazing non-profits like Seacoast Crime Stoppers. Thank you Doug Martin and his team for all the hard work you do for CIBOR Cares; and thank you to everyone who has donated, it’s with your overflowing generosity that any of this was able to happen.
NECPE.com Update
We have previewed the new Catylist / Moodys system, for those unaware – Catylist is the vendor we use to run NECPE.com, and the user interface will be a significant upgrade compared to the existing system. There are many new features they are rolling out. We look forward to keeping you informed about the new system, and providing your feedback to Catylist along the way to help shape the product built for Commercial Realtors ® by Commercial Realtors ®. NECPE.com is a non-profit organization, our goal is now, and has always been, to make sure we provide the best platform for our members to market their listings, cooperate with other brokers, keep the fees as low as possible and most importantly own our own leads.
