It is time to place your nominations for two distinctive awards:
NH CIBOR’s 2016 REALTOR of the Year
And
NH CIBOR’s 2016 Affiliate of the Year
Process: First we gather nominations from NHCIBOR membership. Nominations will be closed on April 30th. Nominations may reopen for one week if needed. The ROTY/AOTY Committee will review the final choices based on merit criteria listed below. The NHCIBOR Board of Directors will ratify the selection at their monthly meeting in May.
When you make a nomination, it is required that you explain why following the *criteria listed below for activities during January – December 2015.
For REALTOR of the Year nominations it is suggested that you use NH Association of REALTOR’s form (click link here NHAR Local Board Realtor of the Year Application Form) CIBOR’s REALTOR of the Year will need to submit NHAR’s form to NHAR by June 1, 2016, so be prepared in the event you are CIBOR’s ROTY!
* Local Board Activity – Participation in NH CIBOR Board offices and committee work; seminar and education work; membership and offices in local chapters of Institutes and Societies.
* Civic Activity – Local, state and national level participation in civic and service clubs, charitable activities, and political action.
* Business Accomplishments – Recognized good business conduct, service to clients, imaginative and creative advertising programs, rehabilitation work, and land utilization.
