NHCIBOR Realtor membership renewal fees for 2023 have been released for payment online. Go to www.nar.realtor. Log in to the site. On top right hand side click on PAY DUES. You can pay online or download the invoice.
If you would like to pay by check, click here for: REALTOR Membership Renewal 2023 Invoice. Make check payable to NHCIBOR, 166 South River Rd. Ste.115, Bedford, NH 03110. Please write in the memo section of the check who it is to be credited to. Hard copies of these invoices will be mailed out in the next two weeks.
Don’t risk having to pay the late fee! Submit your payment no later than 12/31/2022. If the office receives your payment between 1/02/2023 and 1/31/23, you may be charged a $25.00 late fee.
NECPE members: A membership requirement of NECPE is that you should be a member in good standing with NHCIBOR. If you do not renew in a timely manner, you could risk losing or interrupting your NECPE membership.
Attention all REALTOR Office Designated Brokers primary with NHCIBOR: If you have agents hanging licenses in your office, those agents must pay REALTOR dues. The Designated Broker is responsible for those agents and must see that those are paid. If the dues are not paid, the office could risk termination/inactivation from the REALTOR organization.
