NHCIBOR Announces REALTOR and Affiliate of the Year!

 

NH Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS is pleased to announce and congratulate this year’s recipients:

 

2022 REALTOR of the Year

     Joseph Friedman
      Skyline Realty

 

Joe Friedman is Past President of NHCIBOR and NECPE 2021.  He is active in NHCIBOR’s Public Policy Committee, participates in the NH Commercial Designation Task Force which just recently joined forces with the Education Committee which he will be co-chairing.  As President of NHCIBOR and NECPE in 2021, Joe worked tirelessly for the membership and guided CIBOR through a second difficult COVID year.

Joe’s civic activity includes members of Chambers of Commerce: Merrimack Valley, Greater Salem and Derry/Londonderry.  He is a member of the Lawrence  Industrial Park Business Association and participant with the Lawrence Partnership.

Joe’s business accomplishments include 100,000 sq. feet of office, medical, R&D warehouse and industrial space leased at rates from $ 8-$24/sq. ft. NNN; 258,000 sq. ft. of industrial sold for $42,000,000 – 30,000 sq. ft.  He has directed and managed portfolio of one million square feet of commercial properties including approximately 100 tenants; responsible for property management and construction and management of tenant improvements to office, industrial, medical and warehouse space; created Walking Guides and Amenity Sheets for tenants at office and industrial parks in NH and MA. 

Joe has done a superb job advocating on behalf of NHCIBOR as President for 2021.  He continues to do so in 2022.

2022 Affiliate of the Year

       Jeremy Forest
Bridges Bros. Movers

Jeremy is very active in NHCIBOR’s networking activities.  He has supported both the Statewide and Seacoast Marketing meetings through sponsorship.  He is active participant in the newly formed Massachusetts Marketing meeting.

Jeremy’s civic activity is honorable.  He has collected and transported clothing for The Passalong Project, assisted with furniture delivery for Rooms 4 Love, provided free moving services to Austin17 House to deliver a refrigerator and other appliances donated to the organization, collected and delivered over 300 backpacks for The Pettengill House, provided free moves for 3 local families in need through Seacoast Family Promise and a local veteran group, and financial contributions to Gather and End 68 Hours of Hunger.

Business accomplishments include ‘Best of the Seacoast’ Moving Company, Affiliate of the Year for Greater Newbury Board of Realtors, #1  on list of ’20 Fastest Growing Family Owned Small Businesses in NH’ (Business NH Magazine), #5 on ’10 to Watch – Top 100 Companies in NH’ (Business NH Magazine) and he was featured on NH Chronicle (WMUR-TV).

Jeremy and his company recognize the process of moving is extremely stressful and difficult, especially for commercial clients which often involve multiple stakeholders and issues like unexpected down-time can have a significant financial impact.  Jeremy and his company have made considerable financial and time investments in technology and other resources with the goal of minimizing issues and ensuring a well-managed moving process.  These include:

            – addition of GPS tracking on all Bridges Bros trucks

            – implementation of Movegistics client management software

            – development of a Commercial Moving Guide

            – implementation of a digital inventory system that ensures more accurate and “
             thorough inventories of client shipments.
