New podcast: Welcome, Bill Weidacher!
Episode 7 of “NHAR Getting Real,” the New Hampshire REALTORS podcast, has landed.
New Hampshire’s own Bill Weidacher is the 2025 NAR Region 1 Vice President, the only two-time NHAR President, and this month he’s our co-host on the NHAR Getting Real podcast.
In this half-hour episode, Bill and host Dave Cummings discuss some of the challenges NAR faces as well as the continuing inventory crisis, and the two respond to a series of guests regarding: risk management in the rental space; Monika McGillicuddy’s June 5 ‘Risky Business’ course; the possible demise of the Housing Appeals Board; the benefits of REALTORS Property Resource; and an interview with the FBI $4.1 million in NH land fraud losses.
