Fulcrum Associates, Inc. of Amherst, NH has completed construction of a new 2,550 sq. ft. medical office building at 2 Washington Place in Bedford, NH. The new building is located at the entrance to the Washington Place Medical Park off of South River Road. The new multi-gabled single story building has a blend of shingle and clapboard siding with classic New England style trim detailing. The building will provide space for the practice of Dr. Daniel Sterling, MD, FACS previously located in Manchester.
