Dave Gambaccini, CCIM, of Bedford, NH, will serve as the 2020 President of the New England CCIM Chapter of the CCIM Institute.

 

Dave oversees an advisory practice, based in Bedford, New Hampshire, focusing on providing superior commercial real estate services to investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, developers, owners and operators.  Services offered range from raising debt and equity to identifying, acquiring, developing, selling or repositioning assets in the $1MM to $25MM range throughout the Northeast and across the U.S.
