Doug Martin is a Principal and Vice President with Colliers International with offices in Manchester and Portsmouth, NH.  Doug’s activities are concentrated in the sale and leasing of office and industrial properties as well as the sale of commercial and industrial land tracts in the Greater Manchester/Concord area.

Doug is currently President Elect for NHCIBOR and NECPE as well as Co-President of NHCIBOR Cares.

Doug has a myriad of professional accomplishments and is very involved in the local community.  Doug is a fundraiser and supporter of many great charities and causes including multiple youth athletic organizations, The Boys and Girls Club, Make A Wish, Boy Scouts of America, Pointer Fish and Game Club.  Professional Accomplishments include Colliers International – 2017 Everest Club, Collilers/NH – 2017 Top Producer, Union Leader’s 40 under 40- 2017, Leadership Grater Manchester Graduate – 2012, Published in Business NH Magazine 2010 – 1 of 5 commercial brokers selected to contribute in a statewide real estate roundtable discussion.
