Bob Marchewka
One Commercial Real Estate
Bob Marchewka founded One Commercial Real Estate in 2010. After working 25 years in commercial real estate brokerage, management, development and consulting, Bob chose to focus his experience and expertise to help his own clients achieve their commercial real estate goals and objectives. Bob has been a dedicated member of NHCIBOR since 1997, served on its Board of Directors since 2014 and was President in 2016. Bob has lead and contributed to many of NHCIBOR’s committees including Sponsorship, Public Policy, Government Affairs and RPAC. He is currently serving on the National Association of REALTORS State and Local Issues Mobilization Committee. He is currently Vice Chairman of the City of Portsmouth Economic Development Commission. A commendable career, a dedicated colleague and a fitting recipient for our 2017 Realtor of the Year.

William Jean
Fulcrum Associates
Bill Jean, has been Director of Business Development for Fulcrum Associates for 15 years. Prior to joining Fulcrum, Bill worked in the contract office furniture field and as an architectural project manager for a firm in southern NH.
Throughout his professional career Bill has developed and maintained valued working relationships with both design professionals and the commercial real estate communities throughout New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. Bill has been a member of NHCIBOR since 2004 and has served on its Board of Directors for the past seven years and Treasurer since 2011. Bill is a member of NHCOBOR Cares, NHCIBOR’s Affiliate and Special Events committee as well as the Education committee. He is an active member in many civic and community organizations. Bill is a member of the Board of Directors for Plan NH, and the One Week Foundation. Bill serves as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, and has held elected office as a Town Councilor in his home town of Bedford, NH. In addition Bill participate in a number of fundraising committees including CHaD, Fisher Cats Foundation and the Granite State Baseball Dinner.
