Hi everyone,
As you all know and many of you have now seen, we are switching from the Moody’s platform onto LeaseUp’s Association platform starting July 1st. While the formal switch over will not be until next week, starting today everyone has access to the platform and can begin to log in and test out.
Getting Started
A note for admin users: LeaseUp are just finishing setting up your admin level access to your teams listings, you will see those this evening
We have attached initial training documentation and a document showing how to first log in, a simple two-step initial process.

Email: the email you have registered with NECPE today
PW: select “forgot password” and you will receive a link to your inbox to reset your PW (check spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox)
When logged in you can navigate to the help section (button in top right) to view a full training library with training videos and articles to help you get started. If you’d like a personalized walkthrough, you can also ask the NECPE AI agent on the app by clicking the Get Assistance button on the bottom of your screen or by asking it a question. It will actually walk you through and guide you.
We’ve also attached a document walking through some tasks to do when you first log in. The most important thing to do when you first log in is to check any listings you have. LeaseUp were able to pull all existing data from Moody’s over into the platform but it is worth a few moments to double check your listings, double check the data, and specifically confirm you have your listing photos in the appropriate order. Beyond confirming your listings, please go through and familiarize yourself with the platform through searching, sorting, filtering, creating lists and reports, and overall getting a feel for how you’d normally be using the platform starting July 1.
Please note: Broadcasts are live and active. We ask that you do not email anyone a broadcast through the system until we switch over on July 1, you will see posting Needs/Wants will be active July 1 as well. The reports section is live with a current single report but as we hope you’ve seen, LeaseUp is building a significant customized suite of options that will be coming shortly too.
Office Hours
Starting tomorrow LeaseUp will be holding daily office hours through the month of July at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
