Join Attorney Nicholas S. Frasca for this informative 3-hour State of New Hampshire Real Estate Commission accredited course and learn what a Title Search/Exam is, why it is necessary, and the basics of title searches in New Hampshire. Attorney Frasca will explore the different title issues that may arise that can affect the closing. You will learn the differences between Lender’s and Owner’s Title Insurance Policies and the differences between Marketable and Insurable Title.
Attorney Frasca will also discuss the different types of deeds used in real estate conveyance in New Hampshire and when each one is used.

- Once you Register and Pay for the course, you will be emailed a link to the meeting. You are not allowed to share this link with anyone.
- Your audio must be working so that you can hear the class. You must mute your microphone during the class.
- You must have an operating camera on your device so that you can be monitored for attendance. You have to keep the camera on your face at all times during the class. Having a picture of yourself or blank screen doesn’t count for credit. You must limit any distractions in your camera’s view. You can use a Zoom virtual background if needed.
- You must attend the entire class 9:00 am – 12:00 noon to receive the credits.
- Your affidavit will be emailed to the email address you registered with.
