We are an organization of Professionals dedicated to the advancement of commercial real estate and commercial real estate practitioners.  We provide a central source of pertinent information, education, products and services in conjunction with the standards of the National Association of REALTORS^®, thereby creating an environment of success for our members.  Our Vision Statement is: “To be the advocate for, and the primary source of services for Commercial REALTOR® success.”

NHCIBOR (approx. 600+ members strong) consists of REALTORS^® and Affiliates. Together, we provide a unique resource for one another. You are encouraged to connect with your fellow members in order to help each others businesses to grow.

Board Meetings

Board of Director meetings are held monthly to discuss pertinent issues relating to the success and health of the NHCIBOR organization, as well as ways NHCIBOR can better serve its members. Minutes are recorded at each meeting and are available in the Member Toolbox for all members in good standing to review.

Committee Meetings

NHCIBOR is an organization that thrives on participation. The wealth of knowledge and experience of our members is key to the success of our board, committees and sponsored events. Attending a Marketing Meeting is a great way to connect with other members, and to get more involved with the organization as a whole.

Interested in getting more involved with NHCIBOR? Our committees provide valuable opportunities to connect with fellow members, contribute to the organization, and help shape the future of commercial real estate in New Hampshire. If you’ve never been to a Marketing Session we encourage you to attend one soon. The experience is tremendous! An immense amount of transactions have initiated from these meetings over the past ten years. What are you waiting for?

NHCIBOR hosts three marketing sessions each month. You do not have to be a member to attend a marketing meeting, and attendance is free of charge. All meeting information and dates will be available in our Events Calendar.

The Seacoast Marketing Session is held on the third Friday of the month from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at Keller Williams Coastal Lakes & Mountains Realty, 750 Lafayette Rd., Portsmouth, NH. The moderator is David Choate, NeReCo LLC, echoate3@comcast.net.

The Statewide Marketing Session is held on the second Wednesday of the month at Berkshire Hathaway Verani, 1 Verani Way, Londonderry, NH from 9:00 to 10:15 a.m. The moderator is Louise Norwood of NAI Norwood Group, louise@nainorwoodgroup.com.

The Massachusetts Marketing Exchange is held on the 2nd Friday of the month at 400 Innovation Dr., Tewksbury, MA from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

These sessions are a convenient way for members and non-members to network and learn what is currently available in the market. Each real estate broker/agent member is encouraged to talk about any cash buyers, listings, as well as “haves and wants” topics. Affiliates will also have the opportunity to talk about their latest products and services.

Note: We ask each member limit comments to about 20-30-seconds so that each attendee has ample opportunity to speak about their products and services.
