We are delighted that you are applying for membership to the NH Commercial Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (NH CIBOR). We think you find the board to be an excellent organization dedicated to assisting you in a your networking and career opportunities and an avenue for continuing education.

Your application has been submitted to the membership committee, through our Board Office. The Bylaws state that the membership committee shall give written notice to the existing REALTOR® members of such application and invite written comment. Thereafter, within thirty(30) days, the membership committee shall report its recommendations to the Board of Directors in writing. A vote by the board is taken at the next regularly scheduled meeting provided no adverse comments are received.

Commercial Property Exchange “CPE” is NHCIBOR’s online commercial property database. You must be a member of NHCIBOR in order to join. The annual cost of membership is $300.00, which is pro-rated quarterly and the billing period runs from July 1st to June 30th.

Once you have completed your application there is a review process to ensure all information is correct, qualifications are met and affiliations are properly in place. Due to the complexity of integration between NHCIBOR and fellow REALTOR® Boards, your application will be approved on a provisional basis, subject to payment in full. During the provisional membership period you will be afforded all the membership benefits a standard member receives.

It is our desire to simplify the paying of local, state and national dues, as well as your membership to CPE. As each of these entities operates independently, the application process and calculation of fees is very complex. We appreciate your understanding while we work to simplify the process.
