The buyer, NBKS, LLC is a locally owned company, owning several other similar facilities in the Lebanon area.
There are no current plans to change the facility or change the current tenant mix. The new owners are excited to be able to work with the Upper Valley Music Center in accommodating their long range plans in servicing the community.
According to the Grafton County records, the sale was for $200,000 and financing was supplied by Ledyard National Bank.
McLaughry Commercial represented the property owner, Ledyard National Bank, and assisted the buyer regarding the transfer.
