Lebanon, NH: Bruce M. Waters, CCIM, Senior Associate/Broker for McLaughry Commercial, is pleased to announce the recent execution of a long term lease with Stone Arch Bakery. Stone Arch Bakery, after minor renovations, will open up in 2,400+/- SF at the Hanover Street Plaza in Lebanon, NH, the former location of the Bagel Basement.
According to owner Todd Bersaglieri, “The opening up of a full service bakery in the Lebanon/Hanover area has always been a goal to add to our successful location in Claremont.”
Stone Arch Bakery provides a full line of sweet pastries, exceptional cakes for all occasions and several wholesome fresh baked breadlines. Many of their products are being sold in the Lebanon and Hanover Co-op Stores.
In addition to the full baking, Stone Arch Bakery plans on serving a breakfast menu and a full lunch menu with home made soups and sandwiches on their freshly baked bread assortments.
Waters said, “As soon as the former tenant decided to close down, I thought of Todd and his exceptional food as a natural replacement to service the growing volume of customer base in the area and his product recognition.”
Stone Arch Bakery is planning an opening by February 1, 2010 and will join other tenants at the Hanover Street Plaza such as Gnomon Copy, Embassi, Gateway Lock Smith and Upper Valley Yellow Pages to name a few.
McLaughry Commercial represented Donald and Debbie Goodwin, owners of the Plaza, and assisted the tenant in the transaction.
McLaughry Commercial has their principal offices in West Lebanon, NH, and has been servicing the commercial real estate needs of the Upper Valley for nearly forty (40) years.
