New Hampshire CIBOR Cares in collaboration with NH CIBOR is proud to announce the First Annual New Hampshire Commercial Real Estate Awards. This event will be held on June 1, 2015 and will honor the achievements from 2014 of the individuals and corporations that have an impact on real estate, community improvement and economic development in the state.
We are requesting the submission of the top real estate and economic deals from 2014. The winners will be chosen by an independent judging panel that will consider a number of factors including square footage, dollar amount, complexity, creativity and overall economic contribution. Categories include; Legacy Award, Deal of the Year, Office Sale, Office Lease, Industrial Sale, Industrial Lease, Retail Lease, Tourism & Hospitality, Suburban/Rural Deal and Investment deal
The top nominees will be included in the brochure with the winner for each category announced at the event. The recipient of each award will be able to designate a portion of the funds raised at this event to a 501c3 organization of their choice.
